10 Simple Minutes A Day Could Change Your Perspective On All The Things

Sometimes the stuff that can make us happier and healthier feels really unattainable. Like, it seems that in order to meditate I have to get into the perfect cross-legged position in my clutter-free meditation room and become totally zen. That sounds fantastic.
