OK. I’m going to be real with you. Figuring out my health insurance is confusing, and I work in health policy. This is what I look like when I read over my plan and see the words “co-pay,” “provider network,” and “deductible.”
And that’s OK because this stuff can get complicated, and I know I’m not alone. The Kaiser Family Foundation recently asked nearly 1,300 Americans 10 questions about health insurance terms.
