Mat Fraser plays a character on the “Freak Show” season of my favorite show: “American Horror Story” (the one I like to watch while firmly under my covers, mute button at the ready). This season is set at a carnival “freak show,” a type of circus performance that historically highlights birth defects and general oddities. Mr. Fraser has quite a unique outlook on this idea.
