A Puppy That Tries To Scare People Away Gets Exactly What He Has Coming To Him

He was so terrified of humans that you could hear the whimper behind that big growl of his. Here's a perfect example of why adopting dogs from shelters and rescue groups can be life-changing for both the dog and for you. Buying a dog from a pet store only increases the demand for cruel puppy mills. And for every dog at a breeder, there's one like this guy waiting at a shelter. Finn has his happy ending, and other dogs are wishing for theirs.

Hope For Paws received a call about an abandoned dog living on the railroad tracks.

We had been told that he ran away anytime someone would try to get close to him so we quietly snuck up from behind.

When he realized we were there we looked away so he would think we weren't interested in him.

I asked Yeseria who called us about the dog to hold him until we get to the other side of the fence.

Hi puppy. Oh, you're growling, don't growl at me.

Oh, he's He's a puppy. He's a puppy. Still baby teeth.

Yeah because he hasn't accepted...

This poor puppy had already been through a lot of trauma in his short life which made him fearful of humans.

It's okay.

Good boy.

When he was ready, Lisa Chiarelli gently placed my Lucky Leash over his head.

Just see how he's comfortable, yeah his belly area. He seems to be fine.

He realized he was finally safe and quickly fell asleep in Lisa's arms.

Lisa named him Finn, and just as we were about to leave...

Another train passed exactly where he used to sit for many days.

After a long nap and a good bath, Finn became pals with the famous Woody.

The story doesn't end here, it's about to get even better!!

our friends at Bark N' Bitches found Finn an amazing forever home!!!
