This Illustration Of How Many Soldiers Died On D-Day Is Like A Kick To The Gut

It’s hard to imagine how many lives were lost during the Normandy Landing in WWII. Artists Jamie Wardley and Andy Moss (along with a bunch of volunteers) made this piece to help us visualize each soldier, so we can pay tribute to their incredible sacrifices.
