In states where they do not have so-called "right-to-work" laws, union shops can make certain that you have to join in order to receive the pay, benefits, and working conditions they negotiated with the employer. Seems pretty fair, right? However, some are trying to change those laws in each state, if not nationally, to allow for freeloaders. Ahem ... the "right to work."

Turns out, the data show something pretty interesting about states that make laws allowing for freeloaders. Whoops, I mean "those who don't wish to pay dues for the good job they get."
