I sincerely hope this program works the way the sheriff intends it to (I really love what he says at 1:06). Given the number of people incarcerated in the United States, something's gotta change and it's great to see some creativity. However, no matter what, I believe the girls will have at least one positive memory of a special experience with their dads. The one at the end ... well, I'll just say that my heart felt that.
