If you've never experienced violence at the hands of a romantic partner, it's hard to imagine what to look for or how to be supportive. This infographic is great because it covers all the bases, including what behaviors are big red flags.

When we checked the statistic "90% of women jailed for murdering men were had been abused by their victim," we found one that was even scarier from the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence fact sheet (2007): In 70%-80% of all heterosexual intimate-partner homicides, no matter which partner was killed, the man physically abused the woman before the murder.

Back in 2017, when white supremacist Richard Spencer was socked in the face by someone wearing all black at Trump's inauguration, it launched an online debate, "Is it OK to punch a Nazi?"

The essential nature of the debate was whether it was acceptable for people to act violently towards someone with repugnant reviews, even if they were being peaceful. Some suggested people should confront them peacefully by engaging in a debate or at least make them feel uncomfortable being Nazi in public.
