I came from a family of eight, so I know firsthand the financial struggles big families can have. Having said that, I can’t even imagine how difficult it would be for a father to provide for eleven children, especially while living through such hardship as this family did. This is a wonderfully sweet story told by the son of a hardworking father, John L. Black Sr., who left behind a memory he won’t forget.
