Quick democracy lesson: Whenever I see stuff like this, I always go see which congresspeople work on the committees that impact this issue. Committes like Energy and Natural Resources, Environment and Public Works, and Transportation and Infrastructure! And then I bother them/don't vote for them because those folks are making (or not making) laws that help our country stop being so dependent on oil.
