A Gay Soldier Is Being Singled Out And Prosecuted, But That's Not Even The Craziest Part
In 2010, Lt. Dan Choi was one of many people who chained themselves to the gate in front of the White House to protest the "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy. He was then arrested and charged $2,500 for not fulfilling his military contract which he was dismissed from earlier that year. In September 2011, Barack Obama officially ended the "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy, so Lt. Choi was free to go, right? Wrong. He is still being charged and his ongoing trial resumed March 28, 2013. Watch the video and then click on the link at the bottom to see how you can help Lt. Choi tell his story.
