After watching this, you might wonder ... how do they learn to do things like this? The answer lies in an award-winning training program called the National Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee. It's an effort by both electrical companies and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers union to help make sure folks are trained with top-notch skills and able to do these jobs as well as many other kinds of electrical work.
