In 1987, actor Robert Townsend had enough of Hollywood's treatment of black actors. So, he and Keenen Ivory Wayans wrote a movie based on their experiences called "Hollywood Shuffle." Although this satire was made over 25 years ago, a lot of it is still true. You're going to want to stick around for the hilarious twist after the director says "cut" at around 3:42.
