I am amazed with how consistently Mr. Rogers was able to teach children about love and compassion, while leaving dogma and judgement out of the equation. In my opinion, that's the way religion ought to be done. I may be a little biased though, since I grew up thinking Mr. Rogers was some kind of superhero who happened to have a magical kindgom hiding behind his dining room. Come to think of it, has anyone ever seen Fred Rogers and Superman in the same place at the same time?
