What’s The Difference Between A Joke And A Jerk?

A joke is funny and satirizes parts of our culture that are bad and need change. A jerk, or a selection of whatever stronger words you so choose, says a woman being raped is funny (I’m looking at you, Daniel Tosh). My personal hero Wanda Sykes gets the difference.
