What’s the one thing that (almost) every single restaurant makes?
Hint: It’s not edible.
Nope, none of those things (although my mouth is watering now). So if it isn’t something edible, what is it?

Justin, the owner, explains that a typical restaurant makes about 8 gallons of trash per hour. Sandwich Me In made that amount in 2 years — and then had all of it made into a sculpture!
