Although I’m not a working parent myself, my parents were, and I’ve always appreciated how much effort that must have taken to raise someone like me while holding down a job.
But now I’m beginning to think it’s harder than I’ve ever imagined. The video below — starring Adrienne C. Moore from “Orange Is the New Black” — was made by Make It Work as a way to illustrate just how difficult it can be. And they’re asking working families a question I would love the answer to: Just how do you do it?
