Every time I think I can’t love Oscar-winning actress and lifetime role model Lupita Nyong’o any more than I already do, she opens her mouth and says something else I didn’t know I needed to hear.

Her 2014 keynote speech at the Massachusetts Conference for Women was full of inspirational truth bombs. But her take on “What do you want to be when you grow up?” is what really blew me away.
