Image of hospital needs to be replaced for future distributions.

Hey folks, got this email on my public FB account this morning:
My name is Joao Paulo Gama and I work at the Marketing and Communication Direction of Luz Saude, the holding that runs the private hospitals network named Hospital da Luz. We have seen Up Worthy recent video named “Portugal decriminalized minor possession of all drugs 16 years ago, and the effects on addiction are incredible” and we’re very pleased that the subject captured your attention and that your company did a great video. Now, what we don’t like is that from minute 1:01 to minute 1:06 (those five seconds…) your video shows the facade of one of your main hospitals – Hospital da Luz. Therefore and as you have the power to correct content we would be very grateful and appreciate very much that you could ‘extract’ those five seconds of image of the mentioned video (link below). It does show the facade, but it’s a Getty image and there’s nothing illegal about showing a hospital.
