I've heard Senate Republicans give a lot of terrible reasons for voting against the Violence Against Women Act, but this insanely racist ramble from Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) about how American Indians can't be trusted to serve as jurors for white people might take the cake for the worst.
