UPDATE — 2/26/15 — The FCC just voted on net neutrality rules that would reclassify broadband Internet as a utility. And, what do you know, the son of a gun was approved! Boy howdy yip hip hooray! It’s not over yet, though. The cable companies still might sue, and Congress still has to weigh in (and we all know that things can get weird when congress weighs in). If you believe that a free and open Internet is crucial to a strong economy and a democratic future, call your representative or senator today! Probably should have called them yesterday, tbh.
