A note about data: In this video, Sandy mentions that 34 Americans are killed every day by gun violence. That number is based on data from 2005 to 2009. If you look at more recent data from the CDC, you get a number closer to 30 a day. But whether it’s one death or 50, we’ve all got to pull together to make sure more mothers don’t have to go through what she did. Share this video if you agree with me.
