We All Know Someone Who Has A Really Negative Outlook On Life. Here’s Why That’s Not So Great.

I used to be somewhat cynical. I’m really glad I worked on that. And I know we’re not certain what comes first — life experiences that lead to cynicism or cynicism that leads to life experiences — but either way, I’m happier now.
