The Doctor Gave Him 2 Choices. It Ended In Tears. But It’s A Story We Can All Learn From.

Not gonna lie. This brought a tear to my eye.

Sometimes I wonder how my mom’s body didn’t reject me before birth. We’re polar opposites when it comes to a lot of things, and when we’re together, I summon her wrath without fail. But of all the things I could say about the person I’ve become, the things I’m most proud of, I owe to a huge degree to my mom.

She branded me with a diligence and a fiery, take-no-shit attitude that helps to get me through every single day. And she inspires in me a giving spirit that I pay forward at every opportunity.


The story below is a tearful reminder to appreciate your mom for all she’s done for you.

And just as importantly, it’s a call to live our lives for more than just ourselves.

I would absolutely crumble if something like this ever happened to my mom. But I’d hope I could piece myself together and face it with as much strength as he did.
