FACT CHECK TIME!

We can’t really fact-check the 10,000 dance moves, 50 million first loves, and 46 million breakups (lol), but we did check other facts, a couple of them pretty sad.

There are, sadly, 14 million child brides around the world.
A UNESCO fact sheet shows that 70 million girls are working and 65 million are out of school because of marriage.
And, yikes, 150 million girls under 18 face sexual violence every year. This is not OK, and it’s something we’ve got to stop once and for all.
There have been a ton of Olympic gold medals from girls/women, well over 1,500!
