After taking an equally lucrative and miserable job in consulting immediately following graduate school, I changed course and followed my passion into cooking. I opened my first restaurant at the age of 28. Since then, I’ve built a large following centered on my writing, speaking, and TV appearances. I speak regularly on leadership successes and failure in the context of business and life, and I published my first book in June 2016, “Making the Cut: What Separates the Best From the Rest.”
