Why Can’t We Have Cool, Futuristic Stuff In The United States?

These new roads conserve energy, improve safety, and revolutionize the process of driving. This project is being undertaken in the Netherlands with work scheduled to begin later this year. Somehow, I don’t see the U.S. politicians banding together to make something like this happen anytime soon.
