Why Is It OK To Show Women Being Tortured On Screen, But Not Doing THIS?

Apparently the Motion Picture Association of America thinks women should be ashamed to be seen enjoying sex, but the rest of us should have no qualms about enjoying a movie where women are beaten, tortured, and assaulted. That's a pretty backwards idea, if you ask me (and Ryan Gosling, who was not too happy with the MPAA's decision to slap an NC-17 label on his film "Blue Valentine").
