Where Are 2 Million Americans Right Now?

America, the land of the free, has more prisoners than any other country in the world, and over half of them are nonviolent offenders. No one wants to free guilty prisoners but we let our fellow citizens sit in jail for petty crimes because of laws passed out of fear and profit.
