Corporations are not people. They're amorphous entities that are concerned with profit at all costs, and sooner or later that is going to end in more tragedy. Not for the corporations (because tragedy is something people feel) but for the people that have to go home when the day is over. This case hasn't been decided yet, but all signs point to the corporation being guilty.
