On Nov. 6, 2012 Tammy Baldwin made history when she became Wisconsin's first female senator and America's first openly gay senator. The crowd cheers for the former at 3:27 and absolutely loses its mind at 4:00 when she mentions the latter. And her giggle when the crowd is still cheering 20 seconds later is pretty much my favorite thing ever.
