This scene is from one of my favorite movies ever, "It's A Wonderful Life." George Bailey is attempting to save his family-owned building and loan, and the villain, Mr. Potter, is acting — well, pretty much like big Wall Street banks are acting today.
Spoiler alert for those who've never actually seen the movie: The good guy wins this particular battle a few minutes later.
