75 Years In Jail For FILMING The Police?!?

Can you imagine being sentenced to 75 years in prison for FILMING a police officer in public? Seriously, let's both take a second to process that. What an absolutely deplorable way to abuse the law. Luckily for the man in question, the judge rejected the charges and no prison time was served, but just the fact that it was a legitimate case terrifies me. This could happen again anytime.
